Instructions on capturing dog snouts and required information
Please note that we need FOUR nose-images per animal as per image examples below. When capturing images, please make certain your smartphone's camera is set to AUTOFOCUS to get the clearest, sharpest image possible on the bumps and patterns of your animal's nose. Once you've captured your snout images, please upload them by way of ACCESS UPLOAD FORM button above.

Control Identifiers
Finally, we require that the dogs have discrete control identifiers including:
Dog's name. (eg, "Spot," "Rover", etc.)
Chip number (if applicable)
Owner's full name (if applicable).
